| Covid-19 has had a devastating impact unto the economy of the country and the rest of the world. People were faced with issues of poverty, lack of knowledge about the virus and issues oof compliances. The country was doing its best to ensure that many people could look out for themselves and their families. During this period many lost their loved ones, jobs and even themselves. Many residents around Soweto could not cope with social issues of well being and mental well ness. As a project we empowered our mentors with psychosocial skills that enabled them to go back to the community and offer assistance to those families in need of such support. |
